My Approach

I understand that engaging with a coach and investing your money can feel unnerving, especially if you don’t know what they are and their work are all about. So here, I would like to explain more about my approach to coaching and my values.

The leadership coaching method I trained in has its foundation in psychosynthesis. This is a system of psychology developed around the same time that Jung was doing his thing, except developed by a guy you haven’t heard of (probably) called Roberto Assagioli. This aspect of spirituality is more akin to feeling that spark of spirit within you, feeling your deepest self and understanding your place in the world and what lights you up.
I learned to assess how available a person’s Will (will power) is to do the work that they want to do, and to help them check with their deepest self to make sure it’s actually something they want to do.

The holistic coaching method I studied looked at different coaching frameworks
