    Have you ever worked with a dictatorial boss, or are you now? If so you may enjoy this article I wrote on evolving to a healthier leadership paradigm (read the whole thing on my blog, link in bio) Turns out there are leadership lessons to be learned from motherhood. Huh, who knew? Mums/ Moms probably!! I have a good reason for taking a little break from work! Saw this lovely lily on my morning walk and thought I'd share it, since I haven't posted in a while. And while I'm here, here's a little update. Finally back to my old tricks, blogging! This latest article (link in bio) is about exhaustion of the spirit - perhaps you've experienced this? I'm sad to be leaving the program I've been running at Burbank library. And I'll especially miss these two great people!
