Today's post is all about dealing with difficult people who are triggering us. Little random selfie from a hike in the hills yesterday, I actually wanted to apologise - I've been posting a blog every Wednesday and today I missed it! Integration is essential for our self-development work. It means that new information of new experiences of different aspects of our self, can be absorbed and connected to the whole. Have you ever found it hard to let yourself feel happy? Even after hoping and planning for it? Have you ever thought about what you've been taught to look for when you look at things? So excited to share my train driving experience!
